Jump In – Water Feels Great πŸ’¦ 😊!

Kalahari Hotels and Resorts are an absolute dream 🀩! If you have followed my blog, you already know how beautiful it is. There is something to do for the whole family and it is a lot cheaper than Universal Studios and Disney 😊. Check out this ginormous wading pool: youtube.com/shorts/fcacCAxz83k

In posting this video, I can see myself right here wading in that water πŸ’¦. Hopefully you can see yourself there also. Cannot overstate how much I enjoyed my experience there at the park. The indoor water park is worth the price of admission alone!😎

The video above highlights just one of the indoor attractions that Kalahari has there. In recent years, Kalahari Hotels and Resorts have popped up in various parts of the USA. If I am not mistaken, there is at least a couple that are located elsewhere in the world.

The Kalahari experience that I have captured is from the fairly new water park in Round Rock, Texas. Not only was the water park top notch but so was the beautiful hotel 🏨. I would definitely encourage anyone, as you are making plans for Spring Break or even Summer travel, to check out Kalahari. You will be so glad that you did πŸ˜ƒ!

Atlantis on my mind 😎!

I remember when I visited Disney World as an adult, a number of years ago. I remember waiting for the bus to take me from my on-site hotel to Epcot Center. I was staying at the French Quarter Resort (excellent beignets BTW). While I was outside waiting on the shuttle bus, I saw that one of the folks waiting with me had on an Atlantis Water Adventure shirt. At the time, I had never heard of Atlantis but I was very intrigued that it was in The Bahamas, which is where I always wanted to visit. If you have never heard of this magnificent place, here is an introductory video of it: youtube.com/shorts/CnBBiTmtYMk

To my surprise, not only was it a water park but it had on-site hotels just like Disney. Five years after seeing that Atlantis shirt, I booked a trip to see the lost city of Atlantis πŸ˜‚. My oh my, was I blown away. Atlantis is a world of fun, contained on the beautiful island of Nassau. First tropical island that I had ever visited and since that time, it has held a special place in my heart.

Not sure if you have heard the tag line or the seen the hashtag #itsbetterinthebahamas, but I can confirm that whatever “it” is, it is truly better there. I had so much fun on the water rides and the hotels were the epitome of luxury. I stayed at the Beach Tower Hotel and it was wonderfully superb.

See why #itisbetterinthebahamas for yourself by booking a wonderful trip to Nassau. When I went, there was no such thing as Covid-19, so if you travel there now, follow all safety precautions in order to get the most out of your stay. I will share video of a humongous water slide (Leap of Faith) that I still can’t believe that I got on πŸ˜‚ in a later postπŸ˜€.

Shower Vibes – Kalahari 😎

Nothing quite refreshes like water😎A shower always gets you going to start the day. Check out these shower 🚿vibes courtesy of Kalahari Water Parks and Resorts: youtube.com/shorts/NjaumWqTvS4

I have only visited this resort once but I can most certainly tell you, it will not be the last time. As the summer season is ending, it is the perfect place to go to hang on to summer for just a little while longer.

It happens to be the only indoor waterpark in Texas. So you can literally visit even when summer has come to an end. The waterpark vibes are still in effect. No sun β˜€οΈ, no problem😊.

This Kalahari location opened November 2020 and on this particular day this past summer, it was packed with other fun seekers like myself. If you are a fellow fun seeker, you will enjoy this waterpark and resort!

Surf’s Up at Kalahari Waterpark πŸ„β€β™€οΈ

Riding into the weekend like this: youtube.com/shorts/6f1HOvUxuqQ

Surf vibes are in full effect on this video!πŸ˜ƒ Such a wonderful time to have fun at Kalahari WaterPark. Especially before the official end of summer.

Visiting an indoor WaterPark is such an excellent way to beat the Texas heat. I visited this place for the first time this summer and I will definitely be back for sure. If you have not visited, do yourself a favor and pay a visit to this gem of a place.

My recommendation is to stay at the resort which allows you to visit the WaterPark during your entire stay. If you check in early on the day you arrive, you have access to the WaterPark If you check out of your room on the day of your departure, you continue to have access to the park for the rest of the day. Can it get any better! πŸ˜ƒ

Surfing Lessons: Kalahari Style πŸ˜ŽπŸŽ‰πŸ„β€β™€οΈ

On a recent vacation to The Kalahari Resort Water Park, I took an opportunity to stop by a surfing ride that was just phenomenal! I had never seen it before but after seeing it, I could not look away πŸ˜‚. Here it is: youtube.com/shorts/Uo99l5tRTQA

Pure unadulterated fun 🀩! I will need to make sure to ride it the next time that I go but the line was so incredibly long that I might have still been in it. Kids were clearly enjoying it the most, as you can tell in the above video.

There are a host of incredible rides that are located there at the only indoor WaterPark in Texas. Now with the Delta variant wreaking havoc in the USA, you will need to ensure you take all of the appropriate protocols to ensure that you and your family are staying safe.

There is an unbelievable arcade there also which I will be sharing in a later post. stay tuned 😎!
