It is an amazing experience that you will not soon forget 😃! The great thing about visiting Kalahari is that you can visit this park, anytime during the year. Also the thing that people love about waterparks and hates about waterparks (heat), is kept in check because it is indoors. So think about climate control when you consider this waterpark 😂.

This is by far, one of the largest pools that I have ever seen. It is so ginormous 😃! Kalahari is such a beautiful water park. It is certainly an added bonus that it is indoor. As you have seen on this blog, Kalahari is a perfect past time throughout the whole year. If you have never been, make 2024 the first year that you visit! If you are in a part of the country that is still too cool outside for waterparks, make plans to visit a Kalahari Water Park near you. If there is not one close to where you live, make the drive to Round Rock, Texas. There you will enjoy the indoor waterpark vibes that can only be found at Kalahari Resorts and Conventions. Who says summer has to end 😃? Summer seems to last forever in tropical locations. Tropical locations provide an excellent way to get away from the seasonal weather that we have grown used to. Of course, with climate change, we have seen the extreme temperatures which have wreaked havoc on our world. Experts tend to think that climate change will be with us for the foreseeable future. The name of the resort is the Hilton Rose Hall. It is a beautiful hotel and I highly recommend it. It is all inclusive and the amenities and entertainment is top notch😃! What you are viewing in the video above is the waterpark that is located on the resort❤️! I spent so many hours relaxing in the pool and observing all of the beautiful views. I even rode a few of the water rides in the park. You will most definitely enjoy 😊 visiting this wonderful hotel 🏨.

The video above highlights just one of the indoor attractions that Kalahari has there. In recent years, Kalahari Hotels and Resorts have popped up in various parts of the USA. If I am not mistaken, there is at least a couple that are located elsewhere in the world.
The Kalahari experience that I have captured is from the fairly new water park in Round Rock, Texas. Not only was the water park top notch but so was the beautiful hotel 🏨. I would definitely encourage anyone, as you are making plans for Spring Break or even Summer travel, to check out Kalahari. You will be so glad that you did 😃!
Atlantis on my mind 😎!
I remember when I visited Disney World as an adult, a number of years ago. I remember waiting for the bus to take me from my on-site hotel to Epcot Center. I was staying at the French Quarter Resort (excellent beignets BTW). While I was outside waiting on the shuttle bus, I saw that one of the folks waiting with me had on an Atlantis Water Adventure shirt. At the time, I had never heard of Atlantis but I was very intrigued that it was in The Bahamas, which is where I always wanted to visit. To my surprise, not only was it a water park but it had on-site hotels just like Disney. Five years after seeing that Atlantis shirt, I booked a trip to see the lost city of Atlantis 😂. My oh my, was I blown away. Atlantis is a world of fun, contained on the beautiful island of Nassau. First tropical island that I had ever visited and since that time, it has held a special place in my heart.
Not sure if you have heard the tag line or the seen the hashtag #itsbetterinthebahamas, but I can confirm that whatever “it” is, it is truly better there. I had so much fun on the water rides and the hotels were the epitome of luxury. I stayed at the Beach Tower Hotel and it was wonderfully superb.

When I went, there was no such thing as Covid-19, so if you travel there now, follow all safety precautions in order to get the most out of your stay. I have only visited this resort once but I can most certainly tell you, it will not be the last time. As the summer season is ending, it is the perfect place to go to hang on to summer for just a little while longer.
It happens to be the only indoor waterpark in Texas. So you can literally visit even when summer has come to an end. The waterpark vibes are still in effect. No sun ☀️, no problem😊.
This Kalahari location opened November 2020 and on this particular day this past summer, it was packed with other fun seekers like myself. If you are a fellow fun seeker, you will enjoy this waterpark and resort!

Visiting an indoor WaterPark is such an excellent way to beat the Texas heat. I visited this place for the first time this summer and I will definitely be back for sure. If you have not visited, do yourself a favor and pay a visit to this gem of a place.
My recommendation is to stay at the resort which allows you to visit the WaterPark during your entire stay. If you check in early on the day you arrive, you have access to the WaterPark If you check out of your room on the day of your departure, you continue to have access to the park for the rest of the day. Can it get any better! 😃
