Space Week Vibes 🌝 πŸ‘©β€πŸš€!

What a wonderful week for space exploration. Blue Origin made history this past week, taking the oldest astronaut (William Shatner [aka Captain Kirk] to space. Space has always been so fascinating to so many people. With the space race heating up between Blue Origin and Space X. They both are on a journey to take civilians to space.

As these companies get more mature, there will be opportunities for us all to take a voyage to outer space. In the meantime, NASA Space Centers are available here in the USA to satisfy our hunger for space. One such visit to one of those centers (particularly the moon section of the Johnson Space Center) is captured here:youtube.com/shorts/X5fd5weUA9s

As you can see, the moon ambiance was in full effectπŸ˜ƒ. It contained astronauts, moon craters, Lunar Rover Vehicles etc. You had the feeling that you were in space as you walked around the exhibit. As you can see from the video, there were quite a few people visiting the moon exhibit that day.

Hopefully you will take the opportunity to visit one of the NASA Space Centers. It is very family friendly and the kids will definitely enjoy the experience. I was hoping to experience a zero gravity room but alas we have not quite gotten to that point as of yet. πŸ˜‚

All Aboard 🚒 – Fun Awaits!

Getting outdoors clears the heart and the mind. Nothing like the wonderful fresh air that is felt when you leave even the comforts of your home and venture out . If you have followed my blog, you realize that any day at sea, is happiness to me πŸ˜ƒ. One of those such sea adventures happened on the high seas of Costa Maya, Mexico and it is captured here: youtube.com/shorts/ia1zjm8TF2c

The ocean was just a perfect shade of blue on that day😎. I still look back in awe when I see this video. It is not only very beautiful but you also see just how massive cruise ships are πŸ˜‚. It is a wonder how they are able to stay on top of the water. From the sheer weight, they should sink but of course they design the ships a certain way to ensure that they stay above the water.

My fear of sailing on all of this massive water, kept me from wanting to cruise at all for so many years. I look back in regret now because I could have been to so many more places πŸ˜‚ had I not been afraid to take a cruise. You cannot get these type of views staying on land, you have to be willing to venture out from the land.

If fear is holding you back, you are in good company- others, including myself, have been there. When it is safe and you are comfortable, try it out for the first time and see if you like it. Who knows, you could be hooked like I am and start seeing the world differently- from aboard a cruise shipπŸ˜ƒ 🚒!

Views for Days and Nights β˜€οΈ 🌝

Sometimes when you are feeling just a little creative, you start editing pictures and video to more accurately capture the beautiful moment that is appearing before your eyes. I felt that way when I captured the following video: youtube.com/shorts/PwwbjIln_eQ

When you are not accustomed to views like these on a daily or nightly basis, creativity takes over πŸ˜‚. It is for that reason that I never take for granted the opportunity to travel because it is definitely a luxury. Nothing makes me feel more closer to myself and to the world.

This particular beauty was captured from the balcony of the Hilton Waikoloa Village- Ocean Tower. What a wonderful stay this was. I will always remember it because I was awaken by the birds πŸ¦… chirping every morning πŸ˜ƒ which was pretty cool. No matter where I have traveled before in the world 🌎, that has never been my experience.

I hope that you enjoy the above video and that you have a great day! πŸ˜ƒ

Ticket 🎟 to ParadiseπŸŒ΄πŸ˜Žβ˜€οΈ

There is a great, really old song (1977) called “Two tickets to paradise” by Eddie Money. If you were offered one ticket to paradise, where would you go? I want to share my idea of paradise on earth and it is captured in the following video: youtube.com/shorts/MPyXreLlBCo

Isn’t it lovely πŸ₯°? I must admit, before this trip, Hawaii had been #1 on my bucket list since I was a kid. I have always wanted to go and experience the feeling of being in paradise. As a kid, you don’t have any idea of how or when this will happen, but you just “don’t stop believing” (title of another great song πŸŽ΅πŸ˜€) that it will happen one day.

Sometimes dreams do come true and the perfect alignment of time, resources and ability opens up the opportunity to discover and experience a place that you have never been before but have always wanted to go.

This particular day, as captured perfectly by the video, was a perfect day to experience the wonderful Hawaiian weather and its amazing tropical 🐠 🌴 views. If you can believe it, those views were from the beach at the hotel πŸ˜ƒ.Looks like views taken from a particular excursion but they are not.

Get that one or two tickets 🎟 to paradise, wherever that may be (Bali, Bora Bora, New York, London etc.) You absolutely deserve it and it is calling your name.πŸ˜ƒπŸ‘πŸ™Œ

Once Upon a Cruise 🚒

Once upon a cruise, I had the time of my life πŸ˜ƒ! There was a lot of singing and most certainly a lot of dancing like the video captured here: youtube.com/shorts/ZFHUBtD0vk4

Doesn’t this look like fun? 😜 The video gives you some idea of the overall atmosphere on this Carnival – Western Caribbean cruise. The place where all of this fun takes place is called the Lido Deck. That is where dance parties, exercising and other entertaining group activities take place. This place can accommodate the largest number of guests at the same time.

If you have seen other blog posts of mine, you have undoubtedly seen a few concerts from the cruise ships. The concerts happen on the Lido Deck. As you might imagine, there are extra protocols being followed in the pandemic world that we live in now, but rest assured, this type of entertainment continues on, albeit in a limited capacity.

Once you are comfortable with taking a cruise, I encourage you to do so. I am sure that the industry would love to have new and experienced cruisers, as their industry has lost billions of dollars as a result of the pandemic.

NASA Moon Views – Wow🀩

Space – the most definite final frontier! Going to the moon and outer space is something that will be more of a reality for outer space seekers as time goes on. Until then, take a look at this visit to the moon gallery at NASA: youtube.com/shorts/5P4hd72Gm_0

This was such a cool experience that I thoroughly loved it πŸ₯°. As I indicated in my previous post, if you have never visited NASA, do yourself a favor and take a visit. There is just a natural fascination with space. The unknown provides so much mystery and excitement at the same time.

Almost the feeling (but to a greater degree) that you get when you have never been to a place but you have always thought it would be cool to go. We have often wondered if there is intelligent life out there also. Due to this natural curiosity, we explore and explore some more.

Space X and Blue Origin are making space dreams come true. They are boldly going out in space during a time in which there is so much curiosity and demand to go. Before these companies, it was just NASA the original pioneers in space explorationπŸ˜€

Talking to the Moon🌝!

How I love to visit NASA!πŸ˜ƒSuch a great place to go and explore. Maybe it is just my fascination with all things space. I would love to be able to visit space one of these days. Looks like that is starting to happen these days, with different SpaceX missions. In the meantime, I took a NASA visit to the moon and it is captured here: youtube.com/shorts/kFC8nYzFeZ8

I guess my first love for all things space started with the movie E.T. and with the Star Wars movies. Both really peaked my interest in space, in addition to the different space launch missions from NASA. Visiting Cape Canaveral as a kid really put my love for space over the top!πŸ˜ƒ

The above video was taken at the NASA Johnson Space Center located in Houston, Texas. If you have ever heard of the saying, “Houston, we have a problem” – the person that said it, said it at the Johnson Space Center. Fun factπŸ˜ƒ!

This moon exhibit was located in an area that is called the Astronaut Gallery. There you can take cool pictures and videos of the moon, in addition to touring a space shuttle. There are so many other activities that make for a long and enjoyable day. I definitely recommend visiting this wonderful place especially if you are a lover of all things space l, like I am!

Beautiful Day – Beautiful People πŸ˜ŽπŸŒ΄β˜€οΈ

There is absolutely nothing like a beautiful sunshine to get a a beautiful day started. Combine that with beautiful people and it makes for an unbelievably beautiful day πŸ˜‚. One of those unbelievably beautiful days was captured in the following video. Take a look: youtube.com/shorts/cLbu_PRsVjY

The Chankanaab Beach Park on the island of Cozumel, Mexico is an absolute must see. This Beach Park combines the beach (of course), swimming with the dolphins 🐬, entertainment, shopping, tequila tasting etc. It has so many activities that it is almost impossible to do everything in one day! You have to come back the next day in order to take in the whole experience.

An amazing cruise across the Western Caribbean, took me to Cozumel and I booked the Chankanaab experience which was worth every bit of the price. I would most certainly visit this place again but likely would take a stand-alone trip in order to get the full experience.

This is a place designed for everyone 😊! There a something to do whatever your age. I have found that I enjoy places like these now more than ever. Should your travel plans take you to Cozumel, feel free to take in this experience. You will be so glad that you did!

Cheers to a New Week😊😎!

Cheers to a new week! Hope that your Monday is going well. My Monday is going incredible so far. It is a great day to be alive but really, that is any day πŸ˜‚. I experienced one of those great days in the video that I have included here. Check out the link: youtube.com/shorts/IGCpLXlSMlA

Hope that you enjoyed watching the video. The grounds of the Fairmont Orchid was just gorgeous! I visited the Fairmont Orchid for the first time ever on this trip and it was such an unbelievable experience. I would definitely do so again.

The hotel is just humongous. We walked for days, it seemed, just to get to our room. There are several towers at this hotel so you have to do a lot of walking and using the elevators. As you walk from building to building, you observe the magnificent beauty that is found around every corner of this phenomenal hotel.

Truly one of the best luxury resorts that I have ever stayed in. The service is just top notch and the rooms are some of the most spacious that I have ever been in. I definitely give this beautiful place, two thumbs up for the attention to detail that is to be found there to every aspect of luxury.

High Flying Acrobatics Weekend πŸ˜€

If you love the circus 🀑, check out the following video taken at the UniverSoul Circus: youtube.com/shorts/RRggIEmqzTc

These circus performers are just so very talented. It is indeed amazing what they do. They have nerves of steel and it is so exciting to watch. I remember just holding my breath watching these stunts.

I think about the countless number of hours, days, weeks, months and years that it takes to perfect this art. It takes an inordinate amount of discipline in the process also. This is entertainment at its absolute best.

This particular show was my first UniverSoul Circus that I had attended. I can most certainly say that it will not be my last. I was totally blown away by this aerial display and many others that I saw that night. I hope that you enjoy the video!πŸ˜ŽπŸ™Œ
