Before I Let Go Spring Break Vibes πŸ˜ƒ!

How I love my wonderful time on the Carnival Dream this past Spring Break πŸ˜ƒ! It was such an incredible experience, that I will always remember. If you ever have an opportunity to sail on a Carnival Cruise, please take that opportunity to see the world as you have never seen it before. Arrival at the Port of Nassau πŸ˜ƒ!

There is perhaps not a more beautiful island in the Bahamas as beautiful as Nassau πŸ˜ƒ! Nassau is the capital of the Bahamas and it is one of the most beautiful places on God’s green Earth 🌍. You will truly be amazed once you have a chance to visit. I have visited twice now by cruise and one time by air and it never, ever seems to disappointπŸ˜ƒ! If you have never been, add this beautiful location to your bucket list. There is something there for everyone to see and to do. Walking into the weekend on Punalu’u Beach πŸ– 😎 🌴

Fun times visiting Punalu’u Beach Park youtube.com/watch it was such a blast. I never knew how much I missed these vibes until I got the opportunity to visit it for the first time since 2020. Sand beneath and sky above = peace within 🀩.

There is something about the combination of waves, sun, sand and sound of the ocean that becomes so very addicting. There is absolutely no way to get enough of this great vibe. It is so very addicting, so you long to go again.

This was a beautiful day on the beach πŸ– with not a bunch of people visiting on this particular Friday. From my hotel, it took about an hour to get here but it was so well worth it.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about this particular beach πŸ– if you are thinking of visiting Hawaii in the near future.

Chasing Waterfalls in the Aloha State!!πŸ˜€πŸ™Œ

The song says to not go chasing waterfalls but to stick the rivers and the lakes that you are used to. I did not take this advice but decided that I would go chase waterfalls anyway because there are so many pretty ones in Hawaii. πŸ˜‚ I had fun exploring this particular one (Kahuna Falls)youtube.com/shorts/r5MAo76VCrw

It was certainly a magnificent one, and I will never forget the experience as long as I live. It was a rainy day that day but I was not deterred but was rather determined to take the mountainous trek to see my first ever waterfall πŸ˜ƒ.

It was as if we were walking through a rainforest. I could not believe the beauty of the green forest along with the beautiful rivers and streams that were encountered during the hike to Kahuna Falls.

The experience left me with a lifetime of memories, beholding the beauty of a waterfall and experiencing the thin air of the hiking in a mountain that was several thousands of feet in elevation.

Hope that you enjoy the experience captured in this video. Stay safe and healthy 😷 πŸ™Œ

Difficult roads lead to beautiful destinations 😎 πŸ–πŸŒ΄

Since vaccines are being rolled out now to almost everyone, there is a renewed optimism about life getting back to normal very soon. I certainly experienced this optimism while traveling to Hawaii two weeks ago. Planes were packed, airports were packed and I saw a great number of people at the resorts that I visited.

What a true quote! Even during the difficult roads of 2020, we truly never know what destinations are around the corner.πŸ˜ƒ Hawaii was my first trip of 2021 and it was such a dream destination. It had been the number one location on my list for many years, but, of course, it costs a small fortune to be able to go. Thankfully, I was able to book this trip at a serious discount on last year – prior to COVID vaccines being rolled out!

One of the resorts was the KingsLand’ – Waikoloa Village Resort in Hawaii. This resort was wonderful- it is now a timeshare community with spacious condominiums. This resort looked packed to capacity and it had some of the most amazing views.

One of these views that I would like to share is attached below. You can quickly get a great idea of the lush accommodations that are there onsite from the video. I was thoroughly impressed and it exceeded my expectations!

A week in Paradise πŸ– 🌴 β˜€οΈ

It was a very long time coming but I finally took my first trip since the pandemic on last week. It was a trip to a location that for years, had been on the bucket list. That location was Hawaii! πŸ™ŒπŸ˜ƒ

Visiting the Big Island of Hawaii (via Kona) was a complete dream come true! I could not believe my eyes seeing the picturesque landscape of mountains, beaches, waterfalls (oh my πŸ˜ƒ). One more thing, Hawaii has volcanoes πŸŒ‹. Truly unbelievable having all of the above in one location literally miles away from one another. The climate and elevation changed as you drove through the mountains and adventured to the Volcano State Park. You went from 85 degrees Fahrenheit on the beach to between 30 and 40 degrees at the volcano and in the mountains.

The people were so very friendly and so accommodating! Some of the best folks that I have ever met. I can truly say that out of all the various places that I have visited, this is truly the best. Here is a video of the sights and sounds of this beautiful paradise. More to come..
