New Years Vibes: Best WishesπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜Ž!

Happy 2022 to all of youπŸ˜€! Wishing you all a safe and prosperous New Year. Thanks for following my blog and for the comments that I have received in 2021. I am certainly ready for more and more travel adventures in 2022 and I hope that you are as well. I have composed a recap of my Kalahari Resorts visit and I would like to share it with you: youtube.com/shorts/0bXFikwSCkI

Hope that you enjoyed the video. Kalahari, both the beautiful resort and the indoor water park, greatly exceeded my expectations!πŸ˜ƒ If you have never been, hopefully you will take a trip in this new year. The one that I visited, opened up in November 2020 and it is located in Round Rock, Texas. There are other locations here in the USA so there should be one near where you live.

Did I mentioned that it is indoors πŸ˜‚? Which means that you can experience the whole water park experience in the climate control confines of the indoors, no matter what the weather may be outdoors. Perfect escape from the frigid cold weather that you may be experiencing in other parts of the USA or otherwise.

Wishing you and your families all the best that this New Year has to offer and I encourage each of you to work, vacation and repeat as often as you can this year!πŸ˜€πŸ™Œ

Countdown to Christmas πŸŽ…!

The most wonderful time of the year is almost upon us 😊! Hard to believe that Christmas is getting closer. I am hoping that you all are enjoying Christmas Week. Wanted to share some great Christmas views that I captured while strolling around the neighborhood: youtube.com/shorts/fIIHDSJ6yNY

These decorations are truly next level! The beautiful attention to detail, clearly stands out for me. I have seen many decorations before but these are truly superb.

Christmas time just makes everyone happier. There are certainly some things to not be happy about: when you think of love ones that have passed away, omicron and delta variants etc. Universally, this is a time in which people are in a loving, giving and receiving mood all at once.

We also tend to take more days for vacations, which is the reason that these type of travel blogs provide insights into different places to go, what to do and where to stay. The Christmas spirit is alive and well which is why oftentimes it is the most anticipated time of the year.

Hope that you enjoy the video above and that you will check back early and often for future posts! Have a great dayπŸ˜€

Touch the sky viewsπŸ˜ƒ ✈️

Sky views are the best views😊! Especially when you see sights like this:youtube.com/shorts/zmd-fLimBvY

Lake Dallas looks amazing from high above! Certainly something to behold for sure. A day in the air is just absolute happiness for me.πŸ˜ƒ This particular day was nice and clear which made for a great time to capture this video.

Of course as we all know, not all sky views are worth capturing πŸ˜‚. I have spent a great deal of my airtime, in the past, not capturing these beautiful views. The inability to travel on last year, changed my perspective totally. I used to take these magical moments for granted, but now I no longer do.

I believe that I am not alone. This past weekend, while traveling for the Thanksgiving holiday, I boarded a plane ✈️ in which every window seat was taken! πŸ˜ƒThat has never happened in my travels before but it happened on that flight. Perhaps the pandemic has changed a lot of folks viewing habits.

Hope that you enjoy the video and that you will check back early and often for more travel adventures πŸ˜ƒπŸ™Œ!

Shivers from 30,000 feetπŸ˜€!

Being 30,000 feet in the air, still somehow, gives me the shivers πŸ˜‚! I have been traveling by plane for 23+ years but it still has that affect on me. Here is a beautiful sky view from that elevation : https://youtube.com/shorts/WcN2quP35vc?feature=share

Nothing like the beauty of the sky that provides such a sense of awe. Flying has become my second best mode of transportation. I love it and I love having the window seat to observe these type of views. As I mentioned in a previous post, due to the pandemic, I no longer take these views for granted. When the world came to a screeching halt on last year, I miss seeing these type of views.

I have made a personal vow to myself that I will see more of the world. No matter how much you have seen of it, you want to see even more. I long to cover the earth before it covers me πŸ˜‚. A lot of cool places still to explore and I plan on doing it.

If you were wondering where in the world this video was captured, it was captured above the great state of Texas. Texas is located below those clouds ☁️. Hope that you enjoy these sky vibes and that you have a great day!

Incredible Kalahari ViewsπŸ˜ƒ!

The view from here is just incredible: youtube.com/shorts/9haZjgfDI_Y

Looking out from my balcony window provided some much needed relaxation to my otherwise stressful week. We get away to relax and cast off the cares of the world. Kalahari, from this balcony view, and from all of the indoor water park rides, provided a welcomed respite.πŸ˜†

If you have followed this blog, you have seen a myriad of various places that I have discovered from my travels across the world. This particular place is found right here in the USA πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ, in small town Texas, by the name of Round Rock. I think that the only reason that I have heard of it, is that I live here in the state. πŸ˜‚ Otherwise, I might not have visited the city at all.

There are Kalahari Resorts in other states. so I encourage you to visit should your travel plans allow it. This was my first time visiting the resort but certainly won’t be my last. I enjoyed every last bit of the time that I had there. It is a fairly new resort, having opened in November 2020, but by the looks of the crowd when I visited, the secret was out. It was packed – to my surprise!

Hope that you enjoy the video above. If you like the content, I encourage you to follow my blog to see more of the same!

Sliding into the new week- Kalahari

Perhaps no other way to slide into the last full week of August except like this: youtube.com/shorts/pMuERCsgXHE

Definitely had fun on this particular ride at the Kalahari WaterPark in Round Rock, Texas. What an absolute joy it was to be able to feel the breeze of the wind gusts going down the tube and to feel the nice cold water from the gigantic splashes πŸ˜‚. Does life truly get any better than that!

At first you go through the nervous energy of should I or shouldn’t I, then you take the plunge, only to get to the bottom and want to do it all over again!πŸ˜ƒ Perhaps no better way to beat the heat than to take a waterpark adventure.

Good times are to be had by all while visiting Kalahari, the only indoor WaterPark in Texas. You will certainly be glad that you did πŸ˜ƒπŸ™ŒπŸŽŠπŸŽ‰!

Poolside Vibes for a New Week – Kalahari WaterPark

Until the official end of summer (Labor Day) there is still time to enjoy the sights and sounds of pool vibes 😎 like the ones that I have captured here: youtube.com/shorts/511-CTG0_Fk

Whether you are at Kalahari, or in your backyard, there is no better way to beat the heat than relaxing at the pool.πŸ˜ƒ As you can see from the video above, on this particular day, the pool was the popular option πŸ˜‚. I certainly had fun relaxing here and having it indoors did not hurt at all.

I believe that it felt so much more exceptionally well given all that we as a society has endured due to the pandemic 😷. Just felt like a tremendous release – as if we we all were waiting to exhale.

Enjoy the above video. Hopefully these good times will return soon. It was very nice to experience at least for a short time.

Surf’s Up at Kalahari Waterpark πŸ„β€β™€οΈ

Riding into the weekend like this: youtube.com/shorts/6f1HOvUxuqQ

Surf vibes are in full effect on this video!πŸ˜ƒ Such a wonderful time to have fun at Kalahari WaterPark. Especially before the official end of summer.

Visiting an indoor WaterPark is such an excellent way to beat the Texas heat. I visited this place for the first time this summer and I will definitely be back for sure. If you have not visited, do yourself a favor and pay a visit to this gem of a place.

My recommendation is to stay at the resort which allows you to visit the WaterPark during your entire stay. If you check in early on the day you arrive, you have access to the WaterPark If you check out of your room on the day of your departure, you continue to have access to the park for the rest of the day. Can it get any better! πŸ˜ƒ

Surfing Lessons: Kalahari Style πŸ˜ŽπŸŽ‰πŸ„β€β™€οΈ

On a recent vacation to The Kalahari Resort Water Park, I took an opportunity to stop by a surfing ride that was just phenomenal! I had never seen it before but after seeing it, I could not look away πŸ˜‚. Here it is: youtube.com/shorts/Uo99l5tRTQA

Pure unadulterated fun 🀩! I will need to make sure to ride it the next time that I go but the line was so incredibly long that I might have still been in it. Kids were clearly enjoying it the most, as you can tell in the above video.

There are a host of incredible rides that are located there at the only indoor WaterPark in Texas. Now with the Delta variant wreaking havoc in the USA, you will need to ensure you take all of the appropriate protocols to ensure that you and your family are staying safe.

There is an unbelievable arcade there also which I will be sharing in a later post. stay tuned 😎!

Kalahari Water Park Fun 🀩!

As summer starts to wind down, water park adventures are starting to ramp up! Here is a link to a recent adventure that I went on: youtube.com/shorts/NSHfC8KaXqY

Visiting Kalahari Resort and indoor Water Park was such a wonderful experience! Hard to believe that it opened up in Round Rock, Texas in November 2020. It is most definitely a sight to see. First indoor waterpark experience that I have ever had. What a great way to beat the 90+ degree Texas heatπŸ˜ŠπŸ™Œ. Did I mention that there are plenty of restaurants onsite (12) and that the food is just delicious? Not to mention the huge indoor arcade that will take you breath away!

Check for a Kalahari Resort near you. You will enjoy a great experience and will make memories that will last a life time.
