I have had the experience of flying directly into Nassau and now cruising into Nassau. Nassau is so beautiful and you are sure to enjoy when you visit.
The Submarine Room located in the Dig Aquarium is an absolute must see😄! It looks like it is a room on Mars – totally out of this world 🌎. The Dig Aquarium is such a beautiful place to visit. There are all types of sea life that you will be able to see. If you like sea creatures, this is the place for you. It is an also an excellent place to beat the heat especially after a long, hot day. I remember visiting this place many years ago – about 10 years ago to be exact 😂. It was nice to visit after such a long time
How I love a wonderful lazy river😃! One of the best attractions at a waterpark! I love the lazy rivers that have some form of current. That keeps it moving 😂. I have been in lazy rivers that seemed to be a little too lazy, so it takes forever to get to the end😊. If you have an opportunity to visit the lazy river at Atlantis Paradise Island Bahamas, it always has enough of a current that you are moving during the duration of the floating. The Challenger slide at Atlantis Bahamas was amazing 🤩! I loved the wonderful euphoria from sliding down the slides into the pool below. It was so much fun 🤩! No matter how many times that I ride this water slide, I always want to ride it again. If you have never visited Atlantis in the Bahamas, it is so worth the trip😊. If you have never been to Atlantis in Paradise Island, Bahamas- you are in for a treat, once you take the trip. There is family fun around every corner. I enjoyed myself on last week and could not wait to go back. You are sure to enjoy yourself as well. I have had two different experiences and there are pluses and minuses to each one. The first time I visited the park, I flew into Nassau. I had more time to see the attractions with this option. The last time, I took a cruise to Nassau and had only a few hours to visit. I remember when I visited Disney World as an adult, a number of years ago. I remember waiting for the bus to take me from my on-site hotel to Epcot Center. I was staying at the French Quarter Resort (excellent beignets BTW). While I was outside waiting on the shuttle bus, I saw that one of the folks waiting with me had on an Atlantis Water Adventure shirt. At the time, I had never heard of Atlantis but I was very intrigued that it was in The Bahamas, which is where I always wanted to visit. To my surprise, not only was it a water park but it had on-site hotels just like Disney. Five years after seeing that Atlantis shirt, I booked a trip to see the lost city of Atlantis 😂. My oh my, was I blown away. Atlantis is a world of fun, contained on the beautiful island of Nassau. First tropical island that I had ever visited and since that time, it has held a special place in my heart.
Not sure if you have heard the tag line or the seen the hashtag #itsbetterinthebahamas, but I can confirm that whatever “it” is, it is truly better there. I had so much fun on the water rides and the hotels were the epitome of luxury. I stayed at the Beach Tower Hotel and it was wonderfully superb.
