Waterfall Chaser 🤩!

I love chasing waterfalls! Anywhere a waterfall is located, I want to go see it. It is so nice and so peaceful looking at the beautiful water 💦. Perhaps not a more peaceful, serene scene than watching and hearing the sound of waterfalls. Here is one of those majestic beauties, on full display: youtube.com/shorts/ySAnpt75Vf4

Doesn’t it look heavenly? 😃 I could go see this waterfall again. This is Kahuna Falls which is located in the Akaka Falls State Park in Hilo, Hawaii. It was so exciting hiking 🥾 to this beautiful location. Rules of the park do not allow you to hike down to the waterfall but to observe it from a lookout point which is where I am standing while looking at this beautiful wonder of nature!

One thing to consider when visiting this park is that it is definitely at a higher mountain elevation. If you have not visited the mountains before, it takes a different type of conditioning – which you will notice as you hike there. I found myself huffing and puffing after hiking a short while.

Acrobat Vibes – OMG 😱

Every time I view an acrobatic performance, I always marvel at how the circus performers do what they do with such excellence and with nerves of steel. I have included a link to one of those amazing performances here: youtube.com/shorts/iN981LIiW0c

I wonder how many hours, days and months it takes to perfect this. Every step has to have razor thin precision in order for the stunt to be performed successfully without injury. The video above, is a perfect example of that razor thin precision that is necessary to perform the stunt with excellence.

This awesome performance was executed at the UniverSoul Circus. There were so many stunts performed on that night but performances done by these acrobats will forever stick out in my mind. My heart seemed to be pounding out of my chest each time a stunt was executed. It was almost as if I was performing the stunt myself 😂

Space Week Vibes 🌝 👩‍🚀!

What a wonderful week for space exploration. Blue Origin made history this past week, taking the oldest astronaut (William Shatner [aka Captain Kirk] to space. Space has always been so fascinating to so many people. With the space race heating up between Blue Origin and Space X. They both are on a journey to take civilians to space.

As these companies get more mature, there will be opportunities for us all to take a voyage to outer space. In the meantime, NASA Space Centers are available here in the USA to satisfy our hunger for space. As you can see, the moon ambiance was in full effect😃. It contained astronauts, moon craters, Lunar Rover Vehicles etc. You had the feeling that you were in space as you walked around the exhibit. As you can see from the video, there were quite a few people visiting the moon exhibit that day.

Hopefully you will take the opportunity to visit one of the NASA Space Centers. It is very family friendly and the kids will definitely enjoy the experience. I was hoping to experience a zero gravity room but alas we have not quite gotten to that point as of yet. 😂

Views for Days and Nights ☀️ 🌝

Sometimes when you are feeling just a little creative, you start editing pictures and video to more accurately capture the beautiful moment that is appearing before your eyes. I felt that way when I captured the following video: youtube.com/shorts/PwwbjIln_eQ

When you are not accustomed to views like these on a daily or nightly basis, creativity takes over 😂. It is for that reason that I never take for granted the opportunity to travel because it is definitely a luxury. Nothing makes me feel more closer to myself and to the world.

This particular beauty was captured from the balcony of the Hilton Waikoloa Village- Ocean Tower. What a wonderful stay this was. I will always remember it because I was awaken by the birds 🦅 chirping every morning 😃 which was pretty cool. No matter where I have traveled before in the world 🌎, that has never been my experience.

Once Upon a Cruise 🚢

Doesn’t this look like fun? 😜 The video gives you some idea of the overall atmosphere on this Carnival – Western Caribbean cruise. The place where all of this fun takes place is called the Lido Deck. That is where dance parties, exercising and other entertaining group activities take place. This place can accommodate the largest number of guests at the same time.

If you have seen other blog posts of mine, you have undoubtedly seen a few concerts from the cruise ships. The concerts happen on the Lido Deck. As you might imagine, there are extra protocols being followed in the pandemic world that we live in now, but rest assured, this type of entertainment continues on, albeit in a limited capacity.

Once you are comfortable with taking a cruise, I encourage you to do so. I am sure that the industry would love to have new and experienced cruisers, as their industry has lost billions of dollars as a result of the pandemic.

NASA Moon Views – Wow🤩

This was such a cool experience that I thoroughly loved it 🥰. As I indicated in my previous post, if you have never visited NASA, do yourself a favor and take a visit. There is just a natural fascination with space. The unknown provides so much mystery and excitement at the same time.

Almost the feeling (but to a greater degree) that you get when you have never been to a place but you have always thought it would be cool to go. We have often wondered if there is intelligent life out there also. Due to this natural curiosity, we explore and explore some more.

Space X and Blue Origin are making space dreams come true. They are boldly going out in space during a time in which there is so much curiosity and demand to go. Before these companies, it was just NASA the original pioneers in space exploration😀

Beautiful Day – Beautiful People 😎🌴☀️

There is absolutely nothing like a beautiful sunshine to get a a beautiful day started. Combine that with beautiful people and it makes for an unbelievably beautiful day 😂. One of those unbelievably beautiful days was captured in the following video. Take a look: youtube.com/shorts/cLbu_PRsVjY

The Chankanaab Beach Park on the island of Cozumel, Mexico is an absolute must see. This Beach Park combines the beach (of course), swimming with the dolphins 🐬, entertainment, shopping, tequila tasting etc. It has so many activities that it is almost impossible to do everything in one day! You have to come back the next day in order to take in the whole experience.

An amazing cruise across the Western Caribbean, took me to Cozumel and I booked the Chankanaab experience which was worth every bit of the price. I would most certainly visit this place again but likely would take a stand-alone trip in order to get the full experience.

This is a place designed for everyone 😊! There a something to do whatever your age. I have found that I enjoy places like these now more than ever. Should your travel plans take you to Cozumel, feel free to take in this experience. You will be so glad that you did!

High Flying Acrobatics Weekend 😀

These circus performers are just so very talented. It is indeed amazing what they do. They have nerves of steel and it is so exciting to watch. I remember just holding my breath watching these stunts.

I think about the countless number of hours, days, weeks, months and years that it takes to perfect this art. It takes an inordinate amount of discipline in the process also. This is entertainment at its absolute best.

This particular show was my first UniverSoul Circus that I had attended. I can most certainly say that it will not be my last. I was totally blown away by this aerial display and many others that I saw that night. I hope that you enjoy the video!😎🙌

Morning Paradise Views 🤩

Magnificent view for sure. This wasn’t even my final destination. I was just traveling on my way to Hilo, Hawaii, enroute to the Akaka Falls State Park, when I could not help but pull to the side of the road and take in this view.

I was glad that I did. This view was just breathtaking.😃 It was so nice to see the beautiful vegetation in addition to the ocean views and hearing the birds singing all at the same time. Makes you really believe that there are pieces of heaven right here on earth 🌍!

Be sure to check out this place if you are traveling to Hilo or Kona on the Big Island. Such an amazing adventure! 😆

Hawaii or Mars? See for yourself 😃

Never have I visited a place that has looked like it does not belong on this planet, until now. Take a look at the Chains of Crater Road, located near the Volcano National Park: youtube.com/watch

It looks like another planet 😂. Such otherworldly views that, if I had not traveled there and seen it for myself, I probably would not have believed it. What a magnificent place!

Turns out that this unbelievable place is a very popular hiking spot for locals and visitors. Almost seems like it should be on the old show: Ripley’s Believe It or Not.

Before traveling to Hawaii, I had no idea that places like these exist. It is a natural wonder surrounded by other natural wonders on the Big Island of Hawaii. You will totally be amazed if you should ever have the opportunity to visit this remarkable place.
