Daily Dose of Vitamin Sea 🌊 😎!

That water is a perfect color of blue. It is so very inviting. There are times that I wish I can teleport to different parts of the world 🌎. Maybe this technology will exist one of these days but in the meantime, imagination will do.

This particular video was captured in the downtown area of the Big Island. Down in this area of town is where the Iron Man Competition is held. Competitors also train in this area of town. Pretty cool huh 🤔?

As you can see, this was a picture perfect day to be out and about. I was living out a childhood dream that I had so many years ago to set foot on the island of Hawaii. I was certainly not disappointed and I look forward to visiting more Hawaiian Islands as I continue my travels.

Easy Vibes for the Weekend😃!

Happy weekend to you! Made it through another week to see a magnificent day. I wanted to share a magnificent day that I had on a black sand beach in Hawaii called Punalu’u beach. Before visiting on this day, I had never seen a black sand beach. I had heard about them but have never set foot on one. As you can see, it is very beautiful 😻. Furthermore, the sand is so cool to touch unlike white sand beaches which tend to be hot as the temperature rises outside.

This particular day was not sunny but overcast. This turned out to be the calm before the storm because within a few minutes, the rain 🌧 poured down in buckets 😂. I had actually planned on visiting Mount Kilauea, about 40 minutes away, but due to the rainstorm, I decided to head back to the hotel.

I look forward to visiting this beautiful , beach again in the future but until then I will hang on to these magnificent memories. Hope that you enjoy the video! 😀

Best View – Hardest Climb 🧗‍♀️😀

As the old adage goes: “The best view comes after the hardest climb” – it is most certainly the case for today’s video, which I have posted here: youtube.com/shorts/uH4yARD52-0

It is a short, beautiful capture of the courtyard of the Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort. Lovely manicured landscape and beautiful flowers 💐 in addition to lush vegetation. Looks like paradise to me!😃 Never in my wildest dreams, could I have envisioned such a place.

You may ask the question, “Did you have to climb anything to see this view?”. There was not a physical structure that needed to be climbed to see this. The mountains that had to be climbed were fear, doubt and despair brought about by the pandemic of 2020.

This particular Hawaii trip had to be postponed a number of times in 2020 before it was actually taken in 2021. I was very anxious over this trip because it represented the first one that I would take after lockdown and quarantine. I am so glad to report that it was one of the best trips that I have ever taken and it was one of the safest ones also.😀🙌🙌

So yes, sometimes the best views do come after the hardest climb. Certainly the hardest climb that I have ever endured!

Waterfall Chaser 🤩!

I love chasing waterfalls! Anywhere a waterfall is located, I want to go see it. It is so nice and so peaceful looking at the beautiful water 💦. Perhaps not a more peaceful, serene scene than watching and hearing the sound of waterfalls. Here is one of those majestic beauties, on full display: youtube.com/shorts/ySAnpt75Vf4

Doesn’t it look heavenly? 😃 I could go see this waterfall again. This is Kahuna Falls which is located in the Akaka Falls State Park in Hilo, Hawaii. It was so exciting hiking 🥾 to this beautiful location. Rules of the park do not allow you to hike down to the waterfall but to observe it from a lookout point which is where I am standing while looking at this beautiful wonder of nature!

One thing to consider when visiting this park is that it is definitely at a higher mountain elevation. If you have not visited the mountains before, it takes a different type of conditioning – which you will notice as you hike there. I found myself huffing and puffing after hiking a short while.

Views for Days and Nights ☀️ 🌝

Sometimes when you are feeling just a little creative, you start editing pictures and video to more accurately capture the beautiful moment that is appearing before your eyes. I felt that way when I captured the following video: youtube.com/shorts/PwwbjIln_eQ

When you are not accustomed to views like these on a daily or nightly basis, creativity takes over 😂. It is for that reason that I never take for granted the opportunity to travel because it is definitely a luxury. Nothing makes me feel more closer to myself and to the world.

This particular beauty was captured from the balcony of the Hilton Waikoloa Village- Ocean Tower. What a wonderful stay this was. I will always remember it because I was awaken by the birds 🦅 chirping every morning 😃 which was pretty cool. No matter where I have traveled before in the world 🌎, that has never been my experience.

Ticket 🎟 to Paradise🌴😎☀️

Isn’t it lovely 🥰? I must admit, before this trip, Hawaii had been #1 on my bucket list since I was a kid. I have always wanted to go and experience the feeling of being in paradise. As a kid, you don’t have any idea of how or when this will happen, but you just “don’t stop believing” (title of another great song 🎵😀) that it will happen one day.

Sometimes dreams do come true and the perfect alignment of time, resources and ability opens up the opportunity to discover and experience a place that you have never been before but have always wanted to go.

This particular day, as captured perfectly by the video, was a perfect day to experience the wonderful Hawaiian weather and its amazing tropical 🐠 🌴 views. If you can believe it, those views were from the beach at the hotel 😃.Looks like views taken from a particular excursion but they are not.

Get that one or two tickets 🎟 to paradise, wherever that may be (Bali, Bora Bora, New York, London etc.) You absolutely deserve it and it is calling your name.😃👍🙌

Hope that you enjoyed watching the video. The grounds of the Fairmont Orchid was just gorgeous! I visited the Fairmont Orchid for the first time ever on this trip and it was such an unbelievable experience. I would definitely do so again.

The hotel is just humongous. We walked for days, it seemed, just to get to our room. There are several towers at this hotel so you have to do a lot of walking and using the elevators. As you walk from building to building, you observe the magnificent beauty that is found around every corner of this phenomenal hotel.

Truly one of the best luxury resorts that I have ever stayed in. The service is just top notch and the rooms are some of the most spacious that I have ever been in. I definitely give this beautiful place, two thumbs up for the attention to detail that is to be found there to every aspect of luxury.

There is just something magical about getting your daily dose of vitamin sea that calms the mind and soothes the soul🙌. It is your “serenity now” moment that provides peace within under the sky above.

It really doesn’t matter how many times that I have been to the beach, where the beach is located or when I have last visited the beach. It is always priority one to get back as soon as I can! My best paths in life, have led to the beach somewhere 🌴.

As I continue to travel and even in times that I am not traveling, I will share posts such as these as personal investments in experiences, that have made my life so much richer😊🙌!

Morning Paradise Views 🤩

Magnificent view for sure. This wasn’t even my final destination. I was just traveling on my way to Hilo, Hawaii, enroute to the Akaka Falls State Park, when I could not help but pull to the side of the road and take in this view.

I was glad that I did. This view was just breathtaking.😃 It was so nice to see the beautiful vegetation in addition to the ocean views and hearing the birds singing all at the same time. Makes you really believe that there are pieces of heaven right here on earth 🌍!

Be sure to check out this place if you are traveling to Hilo or Kona on the Big Island. Such an amazing adventure! 😆

Hawaii or Mars? See for yourself 😃

Never have I visited a place that has looked like it does not belong on this planet, until now. Take a look at the Chains of Crater Road, located near the Volcano National Park: youtube.com/watch

It looks like another planet 😂. Such otherworldly views that, if I had not traveled there and seen it for myself, I probably would not have believed it. What a magnificent place!

Turns out that this unbelievable place is a very popular hiking spot for locals and visitors. Almost seems like it should be on the old show: Ripley’s Believe It or Not.

Before traveling to Hawaii, I had no idea that places like these exist. It is a natural wonder surrounded by other natural wonders on the Big Island of Hawaii. You will totally be amazed if you should ever have the opportunity to visit this remarkable place.
