If you have never seen glass blowing in person, prepare to be amazed😃! I was astounded by what I saw – it was so incredible! I was in Cabo San Lucas at the time and I enjoyed every bit of it. I had an opportunity to visit the Vitrofusion Glass Factory there and it is a must see. You actually could purchase glass art there in the store. Isn’t it just incredible 😃? I love the intricacies of this magnificent craft. It is something to behold for sure. The thing to keep in mind is that in Cabo, there is not any formal training that you can take to learn this. Folks start as kids doing this and through on the job training, perfect this very intricate art.
I would love to experience this on my future travels! So far, this has been the only instance of seeing glass blowing in person😃.

Up until the time that I witnessed this in Cabo San Lucas, I had never seen glass blowing. It is magnificent artwork indeed. I have such a great appreciation for all that perform this outstanding work. I cannot even imagine doing this for a living but they do it with sheer perfection. It is so amazing to watch this poetry in motion. The making of this glass turtle was unlike anything that I had ever seen before. It was incredible to see how the turtle is made from glass and even more so to find out that this art is not taught there inside Cabo but takes years and years of practice.
It really made me appreciate the glass blowing process. This process takes such refinement and absolute precision to be able to create the desired product. This stop at the glass factory was part of the Sailing Cabo San Lucas – Glass Boat Tour which also include tequila tasting and a tour of San Jose Del Cabo downtown area.
