If you need a pick me up for the day, then look no further than this video: youtube.com/shorts/M-yCNDwS7aY
It is sure to bring a smile to your face especially if you enjoy wonderful views. This is an absolute beauty! I could not believe the views that I was seeing. What made it especially great was the lookout point where I was standing. It provided an excellent bird’s eye view of the shore.
This view was captured in the wonderful city of San Jose del Cabo. If you have never visited, do yourself a favor and go. It is literally located about 15 minutes from the well known city of Cabo San Lucas. Cabo is a beautiful city to see, as you can tell from my earlier posts on this blog.
Certainly appreciative of this view during the fall and winter months. I am definitely not a lover of cold weather but the snow views that I have seen on social media and other places are just magnificent🙌😀!
Happy travels to you all and I hope that you enjoyed the wonderful video above. Have a great day!
One of my favorite poems of all time is “Footprints in the Sand”. If you have not read it, I encourage you to do so. Such a powerful message that resonates even more now in the days we live in. I cannot help but think about this poem when I look at this beautiful beach, filled with footprints 👣 in the sand: youtube.com/shorts/-NVWqJiQ9co
If you are wondering which hotel that this video was taken, it was taken at the Hilton Los Cabos Resort. I was on the balcony of my hotel room which thankfully was an ocean side view. Ocean view rooms are always ideal but they tend to be more expensive.
This particular day, as you can tell from the video, was clear and sunny. We tend to long for these type of days especially during the winter. The great thing about tropical 🐠 locations is that they have these days throughout the whole year. Birds have the right idea to fly south for the winter 😂!
Snow birds are very popular this time of the year. There are always warm, tropical locations to flock too. Not a bad way to spend winter 🥶😃☝️!
If you have never gone sailing before, it is such a wonderful experience. Before sailing ⛵️, I would avoid it because I figured that I would get sea sick 🤒. Here is a voyage that I took along the Sea of Cortez in Cabo San Lucas: youtube.com/shorts/JgOcPplWsH4
Prior to this voyage, I took my first cruise with Carnival. I packed Dramamine, a wristband (that helps avoid seasickness) and I packed the little circle bandaid type strips that are designed to go behind your ear. To my surprise, I did not get seasick but felt pretty sick because I spent money on all of these products that are designed to help prevent seasickness 😂.
Still, it is always better to be safe rather than sorry. I had a wonderful time on both the Carnival and Cabo voyage. As you can tell from the video, the weather was very beautiful and the waves were not as choppy. Truly one of the best voyages that I have been on because of the weather and the wonderful tour guide that we had on that day.
In case you are interested in booking this same tour, it can be found on the Trip Advisor site or app. It is the Cabo San Lucas Glass Bottom Boat tour and it contains a couple of hours on the sea, tour of a glass blowing factory, lunch, tequila tasting and a tour around the city of San Jose del Cabo. You will be so glad that you booked this tour – prepare to have loads of fun 🤩!
Who doesn’t love a weekend paradise? Everyone does because it provides a break from the mundane. Any day that you can spend time away from it all, is time well spent 😆. Here is one of my favorite weekend getaways: youtube.com/shorts/nbUi5W-jxV0
This video was taken from the balcony of my hotel room at the Hilton Los Cabos resort. What a view this is. One of my best that I have captured. I love beautiful beaches, in fact, when I am looking at where to go for vacation, 9 out of 10 times, I will choose a tropical location.
I used to visit amusement parks for vacation. I quickly found out that this is not a great idea. I came back home more tired than when I left 😂. I had to quickly redefine my expectations of what a vacation should be.
First and foremost, it should be relaxing 😎. Next, I have to experience the location that I am visiting via tours, beach life, and other excursions. This place provided so many amenities and access to excursions via the concierge desk. During this trip, I went sailing along the Sea of Cortez, camel back riding and zip lining.
Find your beach and go😎. You will be so glad that you did 😆
Nothing like experiencing the peace and calmness that the early morning brings. There is perhaps not a better time to hear the sounds of the rushing waters of the beach 🏖 or to hear the birds chirping at dawn. I captured one of these type of mornings here in this video: youtube.com/shorts/6o08AMJH0-o
Every morning should start like this 😂. Maybe this will be the reality for me during retirement but in the meantime, I am glad to have captured this poolside moment. This moment was captured around 6:30am one beautiful morning during my vacation. As you can see, I was the only one there so it was a perfect time to capture the stillness of the day.
If you have followed this blog, you realize that I really, really love tropical destinations 😎❤️🙌! This has been the best shot that I have ever taken in a tropical 🌴 location! I am definitely in awe from this video each time I watch it.
I hope that you enjoy this video and that you will check this blog for other travel adventures in the near future!
Vitamin Sea helps me be me😃! There is truly nothing better than being out on the water, sailing to various destinations. Oh the places that you will go, if you venture out on a voyage. One of those voyages took place out on the Sea of Cortez sailing to the Window to the Pacific. I have captured part of that magnificent voyage here: youtube.com/shorts/1EwxDd_2n5c
You may ask the question, what is the Window to the Pacific? Well, as the name implies, it is in fact an archway from the Sea of Cortez to the Pacific Ocean. Pretty cool, huh 🤔?
I hope that you enjoy this video. It was such a cool experience – I would love to do it again. 😊🙌😃
Over the past couple of years, I have grown very fond of sailing. I went from never sailing prior to 2018 to sailing at least once a year. Sailing has a way of calming you as you are out on the sea.
One such voyage is captured here in the beautiful waters of Cabo San Lucas:youtube.com/shorts/wyuJsVzlVGw
The rock structure that you see (the one that looks like a finger) is called Neptune’s Finger and it is located in the Sea of Cortez which is the body of water captured in the video. Seeing views like these, even now, just blows my mind. Especially being this close to it, just amazes me.
During this trip I saw the world famous Cabo San Lucas Arch, Lovers Beach, Pathway to the Pacific etc. What a magnificent sailing trip this was. Cannot wait to go back! 😃
Check out these smooth views – courtesy of the Sea of Cortez in Cabo asan Lucas: youtube.com/shorts/hloCjJZ5aNQ
Can you believe how beautiful these views are? They are just spectacular 😀🙌! I still cannot believe that I was on that tour. So thankful that I captured videos and pictures on my phone from the trip.
Places that you go, you are just amazed by the beautiful world that we live in. This is certainly one of those places. You wish that you could teleport back to the tour at any time just to relive it one more time. By far, the best sailing ⛵️ trip that I have ever taken.
Travel truly is the only thing that you buy that makes you richer. You are so much richer from an experience of this kind and from travel of any kind. It broadens your mind and blows you completely away at the same time. Funny how it does that 😀🙌
What a ride this was sailing to the world famous Cabo San Lucas Arch. Check this out and make sure to hold on: youtube.com/shorts/N8DQNLounrY
As you can tell from the video, we navigated some very tough water in order to arrive at our destination. This Glass Bottom boat tour was booked on Trip Advisor and it was excellent! This tour not only takes you to the Cabo Arch but allows you to see other sights along the way: Neptune’s Finger, Lovers Beach etc. I highly recommend choosing this tour should your travel plans take you to Cabo San Lucas😃.
The Arch itself is an awesome wonder. It was well worth the rocky, choppy seas to arrive at this beautiful location. The video provides but a glimpse of this magnificent wonder but the in person view will leave quite an impression! You will definitely want to come back for sure.
Hope that you enjoy the video. It is actually longer but I have edited it to capture the great parts 😂!
Can you believe these awesome views? youtube.com/shorts/tuhIhRR-050 They are absolutely amazing 😻! Hard to believe that this much fun was contained all in one place. I had so much fun taking the glass boat ride, along the Sea of Cortez, in addition to spending time touring Cabo San Lucas and surrounding areas.
Cabo San Lucas is an absolute gem of a vacation destination. It was one of the top bucket list places on my list. During this visit, I was able to visit a glass blowing factory, eat lunch in Downtown San Jose del Cabo, partake in tequila tasting (yum) and also visit the city of Los Cabos.
I was able to book this trip all on Trip Advisor. It had all of the above mentioned excursions included. A tour bus comes to get you in the morning and you get back to the hotel in the evening. Pretty much a full day of fun in the sun ☀️!
