One of the most epic things that happen on a Carnival Cruise is the Sail Away Party😃! It is the best entertainment that you will experience on a cruise 🚢. Certainly cannot say that all cruises have the same sail away experience but I know for sure 👍 that you can expect this experience on every Carnival Cruise! Happy September to one and all😃Wishing everyone an amazing month! Tomorrow will be Labor Day – which is the unofficial end of summer. It has been a great summer overall. They are so very talented😃! Cannot imagine how much time it took these guys to choreograph these moves but they were magical 😂. This entertainment was courtesy of the Hilton Rose Hall in Montego Bay, Jamaica 🇯🇲. What a phenomenal time overall at this beautiful hotel.
This was the entertainment on the very first night, so it provided an excellent precursor to what I could expect for the remainder of the visit! It certainly did not disappoint at all. If you liked this type of entertainment, stay tuned for other entertainment that I will show in future posts.
If you have never visited the beautiful island of Jamaica 🇯🇲, you really should. I have visited the island twice so far and I plan to visit this wonderful place again. Jamaica provides such a fantastic escape from normal life😃!

So incredibly fun 🤩 to experience this type of entertainment with the staff getting involved in it along with the cruise guests. I often wonder how long it takes to choreograph those dance moves 😂. I would guess hours upon hours.
In any event, it was a fun time had by all. This was pre-pandemic which in my opinion, was the best time to have this type of experience. I am unsure how you accomplish something like this, in the midst of a pandemic 😷. Especially with so many people concentrated in one area.
As you can see from the video, kids of all ages are participating in the entertainment. Certainly the way things should be.😊 There is no doubt in my mind that these times will return. You can count on me to bring the sights and sounds to you. Who knows, I might even meet you there 😃😃!

This was one of the best times that I had on a cruise. The video above captures the dance party which was a part of the sail away celebration. I am assuming other cruise lines have pre-sail festivities also. It was a great send off to say the least. 😂
In the video, it looks very weird to have so many people concentrated in one place. This was the way we use to interact on a cruise prior to the pandemic 😷. Hoping that these times come back soon.

It certainly put a big smile on my face 😁! Hope it did for you as well. If you like this type of fun, Carnival specializes in these dance sessions during dinner time. There is usually at least one for every night. So if dancing is your thing, get ready to dance into the night.
Hard to believe that this much fun can be a part of the dinner entertainment but it most certainly is. I remember the first time that i experienced this, I was totally shocked. The waiters and waitresses suddenly stop what they are doing ,once the music starts, and then breaks into a well choreographed dance routine 😂! That gets everyone else dancing and before long, the restaurant breaks into a dance party. 💃🕺🏾
