Volcanic Views from Hawaii๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ–๐Ÿ–

I cannot describe how otherworldly the views are near the Volcano State Park on the Big Island of Hawaii๐Ÿ˜Š! At this location, you can observe the Chains of Crater Road, which essentially is tons of lava flows that have dried up down through the years and have created this beautiful view: youtube.com/shorts/3i-9ESm9loU

It really looks as if you are on a different planet ๐ŸŒŽ altogether! Other than seeing Mount Kilauea, and chasing the beautiful waterfalls there, this is one of the coolest views that I observed during my time on the island ๐Ÿ. As you can tell from the video, it is absolutely a lot to behold ๐Ÿคฉ.

Just imagine standing there seeing, as far as the eye can see, these magnificent views. You can also hike around various trails when you are there. The beautiful views cannot be matched from any previous experience that I have had.

Hope that you enjoyed the video and that you plan on visiting Hawaii at some point in the future๐Ÿ˜ƒ! You will experience phenomenal views like the ones that I have seen.

Volcanic views for days – OMG๐Ÿ˜†

If you are ever visiting Kona, Hawaii, you have to visit the Volcano State Park to visit the only active volcano on the Hawaiian Islands, Kilauea. Located near The Volcano State Park, you will see outstanding views like these: youtube.com/shorts/cd2F9NFiLao

It is almost other worldly, seeing views like this. Most would probably think that this view would have been captured on another planet. Nope, captured exclusively on the island of Kona. It was an absolute awesome ๐Ÿ˜Ž wonder to be standing there, seeing these type of views.

If you are interested in seeing what Kilauea looks like, I have captured this video in a previous blog post ๐Ÿ˜ƒ. In order to get an up close and personal view of Kilauea, you have to fly in a helicopter ๐Ÿš above it. On my trip, I stayed on land and captured what I could ๐Ÿ˜‚. It is a small fortune to go on a helicopter excursion of Kilauea. Would be great to do this one day!

Hope that you enjoy the video above and that you have an amazing day ๐Ÿ˜ƒ!

Volcano ๐ŸŒ‹ Vent – Stand Back!

Coming in hot on a a Monday! Hope that you have a wonderful week. Wanted to take the time to share a cool experience that I had viewing a volcano vent for the first time outside of Mount Kilauea๐Ÿ˜Š. If you would like to see more, please check out the video: youtube.com/shorts/gtO1DzPQElE

As you can see from the video, the steam form the volcano is coming in very hot ๐Ÿฅต so you most definitely have to stand back! What you may or may not be able to tell from the video is that it is so very cold around the volcano. That is why we are dressed like we are with hoodies, jackets etc.

It is hard to believe that you can experience cold in Hawaii, but surprisingly you can. The Big Island of Hawaii, in addition to the beautiful beaches and warm weather, also has mountains and higher elevations which contributes to the colder weather. When you visit Hawaii, expect to pack shorts and also jackets and hoodies ๐Ÿ˜Š. This is totally based upon the type of experience you are looking to have.

I like to take it all in, so I pack for the beach and for visiting the mountains and volcanoes. You only live once, so why not ๐Ÿ˜‚. Makes for a lifetime of memories that you can share which makes your experience so much richer.

Volcanoes๐ŸŒ‹ in Hawaii (so amazing ๐Ÿคฉ)!

One of the most interesting places that I visited during my time on the Big Island in Hawaii was the Volcano National Park. What a great place to visit while you are in Hawaii! ๐Ÿ˜Š This was one of the sights that was included in the Deluxe Volcano Experience that Kailani Tours offers in their tour package.

The Volcano Experience offers a comprehensive tour of the island (coffee tour in Kona, Punaluโ€™u Beach Park, etc.) The richness of the experience is seeing a live, active volcano ๐ŸŒ‹ before your very eyes – which is a phenomenal experience. The tour takes you to Mount Kilauea where you can take pictures of the volcano both in the day and at night after you have finished the tour provided dinner.

Here is a quick video of Mount Kilauea in the day. It was wonderful to behold. My night pictures were too dark to share here but you will get the idea.
