Hope that everyone had a great Easter Sunday! I certainly did – it was a great feeling to be out and about, enjoying family, friends and the weather. Memories are what life is really all about. It has been rightly said the people forget the years and remember moments. Here is one of the those beautiful moments that make life much more beautiful:youtube.com/shorts/qwCvJFsWBIE
This video shows a magnificent sunset along the beautiful shores of the Napali Coast in Kauai, Hawaii. If you would like to book this tour for yourself, you can do so on Trip Advisor. The tour is called the Napali Sunset Cruise. It was totally incredible and you are sure to enjoy the experience.
This is a beautiful sunset especially for an Easter Weekend. It shows the magnificent splendor of this beautiful world that we live in. Hope that you enjoy the video and that you enjoy the rest of your holiday weekend.
What a wonderful evening in Na Pali 😃! Absolutely the best sail expedition that I have ever been on. Take a look at this magnificent view: youtube.com/shorts/Q65gP5kpoys
It is so incredibly beautiful 🤩- almost looks like a clip from a movie 🎥. Must admit that I was pretty excited to try out the cinematic photography mode on my iPhone 13😃! This video adequately captures the magnificent views that I experienced while on this beautiful sunset cruise 🚢.
Absolutely jaw dropping views from onboard this beautiful catamaran! Must admit that this is the first time that I have actually had a catamaran experience. It was incredible and I would certainly sail on another one again. I have cruised aboard humongous cruise liners many times but never a catamaran😃!
The best views by far are on the front of the catamaran😃. It can also, unfortunately, be the wettest part of the ship also! Make sure to take caution ⚠️ as the boat is moving faster because you will most certainly get wet 😂.
Enjoy the video and check back for more travel adventures of the exciting kind here on this blog😃🏝!
Living on the edge has never felt better 😀! Taking a trip to an unbelievable place is definitely rewarding and provides a respite from normal life. I have attached a link to a video that was captured from onboard a catamaran as the crew and I are sailing ⛵️ along the coast of Kauai: youtube.com/shorts/hfCorsdWvIk
It just so happened to be a beautiful day and a spectacular one for sailing ⛵️. Even during an almost 6 hour tour, it just did not seem long enough. Just wanted to experience more whale 🐳 and dolphin 🐬 watching, in addition to taking in more views and vibes of the ocean and mountains from the boat 🛥 tour.
It has been said that you only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough. There is lot of truth in that statement. You only get one chance at life without the ability to do it over again. Vacation always reminds me of the importance of stopping to smell the roses 🌹, as you walk the path of life.
Attempting to get to the edge of the catamaran was tricky, because all of the water made the deck slippery. Thankfully 😅 I did not get dangerously close to the edge to capture the views. My goal on vacation, is to make sure that all the fun 🤩 is accomplished without the danger ⛔️ 😂. Arrive alive and leave better than you came!
Hope that you enjoy the video and that you will plan to vacation here or somewhere else this year. Especially with things looking a whole lot better on the travel front from a Covid 19 perspective 😀! Happy sails and trails 😎🙌👋!
Until visiting Kauai this month, I had never been on a subset catamaran tour. Full disclosure, I had never been on a catamaran ever 😂! I have seen rich celebrities, on tv, aboard these but have never had the experience. If you ever sail on one of these boats, the best views are in the front. You can see why, by viewing this video: youtube.com/shorts/cFN1IrzTijQ
Spectacular views indeed and I am thankful for the experience! Part of traveling for me, is trying something new. That being said, I am not afraid to open myself up to brand new experiences. I was greatly rewarded for my courage because the Na Pali Sunset Cruise in Kauai was just what the doctor ordered.😃
It was by far the best cruise that I have taken to date. If you have followed this blog, you know how much of a cruiser I am. I could possibly work for the cruise industry at this point in time 😂. I truly love being on the water 💦 as often as possible. In fact, most of the excursions, on trips that I have taken, involved water in some way, shape or form.
This particular excursion, as the name implies, is 6 hour in duration and one of the only ways to view the Na Pali Coast. On land, it would take forever, by air, it would be expensive etc. Seeing the dolphins and whales are worth the price of the tour alone! The bonus views are the mountains that looks like you’re in Jurassic Park and the beautiful water 💦.
Hope that you enjoy the video and will make your plans to go to Kauai and take this tour! You will thank me later 😃🙌
Kalahari Hotels and Resorts are an absolute dream 🤩! If you have followed my blog, you already know how beautiful it is. There is something to do for the whole family and it is a lot cheaper than Universal Studios and Disney 😊. Check out this ginormous wading pool: youtube.com/shorts/fcacCAxz83k
In posting this video, I can see myself right here wading in that water 💦. Hopefully you can see yourself there also. Cannot overstate how much I enjoyed my experience there at the park. The indoor water park is worth the price of admission alone!😎
The video above highlights just one of the indoor attractions that Kalahari has there. In recent years, Kalahari Hotels and Resorts have popped up in various parts of the USA. If I am not mistaken, there is at least a couple that are located elsewhere in the world.
The Kalahari experience that I have captured is from the fairly new water park in Round Rock, Texas. Not only was the water park top notch but so was the beautiful hotel 🏨. I would definitely encourage anyone, as you are making plans for Spring Break or even Summer travel, to check out Kalahari. You will be so glad that you did 😃!
Who doesn’t like a great arcade? I saw the biggest one that I have ever seen at Kalahari Hotels & Resorts. It was such a phenomenal time playing the various games there. Here is a video that shows how massive this arcade room was: youtube.com/shorts/m0vNv4t65Xg
I have always been an avid gamer!😀So as you might imagine, I spent quite a bit of time in this place! Kalahari had all of the latest games, and on top of that, they also had some high quality restaurants there also! These restaurants were conveniently located in the arcade area and also as you are walking to the arcade area.
Spending time in the arcade was amazing but if you are seeking water park adventures, you can walk through the arcade to get to the indoor water park😃! Can it possibly get any better than this? The convenience factor was just amazing! I spent a lot of time in the water park also😄.
I encourage you all to visit this beautiful place, where there is something to do for the whole family! Kalahari Hotel and Resorts are located throughout the United States. Make your plan to visit the one nearest you.
No matter where I travel in the world, I love and appreciate nature views😃! Thankfully, as a traveler, I experience nature on a regular basis. This is an incredible view that I could not help but share: youtube.com/shorts/g8PnBjJMvs0
Everything captured in these views are absolutely incredible. The weather was just perfect and adds to the magnificence of this shot. You almost want to dive into the water to cool off 😂.
This video is courtesy of the state of Texas which has many beautiful places to visit, especially if you are an avid outdoorsman. Lots of nature trails and beautiful landscapes to hike. Nature Photography abounds in this state. Texas also has its share of State Parks to visit especially with Spring Break coming up in many states.
I encourage you all to visit the beautiful state of Texas. Along with its wonderful nature and parks, Texas also has beautiful Gulf Coast beaches!😃 They are located in South Padre Island, Corpus Christie, Galveston etc. As you are making your vacation plans for 2022, please consider taking a vacation deep in the heart ❤️ of Texas!
Sometimes in life, making decisions require a leap of faith. I totally had to take a leap of faith while visiting Atlantis! If you have not been there before, there is a 60 foot water slide called the Leap of Faith – which requires courage and faith to experience it 😂. Here is a quick video that shows my experience on the Leap of Faith: youtube.com/shorts/xJRUsR5-L5U
In an effort of full transparency, I look back at the photos captured and I am still amazed that I took this experience head on 😂. I remember it being such a thrill ride and so exciting at the same time. Not sure that I have had an experience in my life that comes close to the excitement that I felt on this ride. I would highly recommend taking on this experience, if you have an opportunity to visit some time in the future.
In addition to the Leap of Faith Water Slide, there are so many other water slides and pools that you can experience. It should be noted that not all of the slides are the 60 foot variety but there are smaller slides there. If lazy rivers are appealing, there are a number of those that are located in Atlantis.
Atlantis is very family friendly, there is truly something to do for the whole family. You will definitely enjoy your time there! 😃
I remember when I visited Disney World as an adult, a number of years ago. I remember waiting for the bus to take me from my on-site hotel to Epcot Center. I was staying at the French Quarter Resort (excellent beignets BTW). While I was outside waiting on the shuttle bus, I saw that one of the folks waiting with me had on an Atlantis Water Adventure shirt. At the time, I had never heard of Atlantis but I was very intrigued that it was in The Bahamas, which is where I always wanted to visit. If you have never heard of this magnificent place, here is an introductory video of it: youtube.com/shorts/CnBBiTmtYMk
To my surprise, not only was it a water park but it had on-site hotels just like Disney. Five years after seeing that Atlantis shirt, I booked a trip to see the lost city of Atlantis 😂. My oh my, was I blown away. Atlantis is a world of fun, contained on the beautiful island of Nassau. First tropical island that I had ever visited and since that time, it has held a special place in my heart.
Not sure if you have heard the tag line or the seen the hashtag #itsbetterinthebahamas, but I can confirm that whatever “it” is, it is truly better there. I had so much fun on the water rides and the hotels were the epitome of luxury. I stayed at the Beach Tower Hotel and it was wonderfully superb.
See why #itisbetterinthebahamas for yourself by booking a wonderful trip to Nassau. When I went, there was no such thing as Covid-19, so if you travel there now, follow all safety precautions in order to get the most out of your stay. I will share video of a humongous water slide (Leap of Faith) that I still can’t believe that I got on 😂 in a later post😀.
If you have ever been to New York City, you realize why it is the #1 visited city in the USA. Tourists visit this city from all over the world 🌎. Perhaps no other city in America 🇺🇸, epitomizes the spirit of the country quite like New York City. I have included, in this post, one of my favorite memories of visiting this beautiful city and it is located here: youtube.com/shorts/MTx66PpjfLQ
The Times Square pictures were taken from my hotel room at The Marriott Marquis 🏨. For those who have not visited this hotel, this hotel is very popular during New Years Eve of every year. This is the location where the New Years Eve Ball drops to usher in a new year.
It is also located in the heart of the Broadway 🎭 Theatre district. If you are thinking of visiting Broadway, this is most certainly your hotel to stay. You are literally within walking distance to whatever show that you plan to see😃. One of those shows that I was able to see was “Motown on Broadway”. As you might imagine, this show was amazing and the music 🎶 was superb!
Hope that you are having a great weekend and that you enjoy the video that I have linked above. New York City has so much to offer and despite visiting on several occasions to date, I would definitely love to go back and see even more! 😂
